I'm a software engineer who enjoys designing systems that work under pressure. My work spans agentic RAG backends, iOS product engineering, and the distributed infrastructure that keeps them reliable at scale.
Philosophy
Great engineering is invisible — fast, resilient, and obvious in hindsight. I optimize for systems that are simple to reason about, measurable end-to-end, and built to survive failure gracefully. Shipped code beats perfect design.

Selected for Amazon's Machine Learning training program — cohort drawn from top engineering institutions across India. The program covers applied ML, deep learning, and production ML systems.
IQC Gold Researcher — Round 2 (WorldQuant)
Qualified for Round 2 of the IQC (International Quant Championship) and achieved Gold Researcher status on the WorldQuant BRAIN platform. WorldQuant's researcher program requires consistent alpha generation in quantitative finance — Gold status places in the top tier globally.
Onsite Internship at Fast Retailing, Japan
Selected for a fully onsite AI engineering internship at Fast Retailing's headquarters in Japan — one of the world's largest apparel companies. Architected and shipped a production-grade agentic RAG backend used across the organization.
President, Nakshatra — Maths & Physics Society of NSUT
Led NSUT's Maths & Physics society with 60+ members, hosting 15+ sessions on Python, statistics, and applied data analysis. Launched NSUT's first inter-society analytics league using real-world datasets.

Elected VP of the IEEE NSUT Chapter, leading 200+ members across 5 technical verticals. Organized large-scale hackathons, technical events, and industry speaker sessions at one of India's top engineering universities.

Led technical strategy for NSUT's Indian Game Theory Society — the largest society at NSUT. Organized workshops, competitions, and game theory events for 300+ members, driving interdisciplinary engagement between CS, economics, and mathematics.

Led a 75-member product team, mentoring peers pursuing careers in product management and data analytics. Spearheaded NSUT's first Product Ideathon with a budget of INR 1.8 lakh, driving campus-wide innovation.

- Designed and shipped 15+ production REST APIs for the Private Client platform, owning contract design and end-to-end delivery.
- Cut backend latency on core endpoints by introducing targeted indexes, eliminating N+1 query patterns, and batching write operations.
- Reduced average incident diagnosis time by ~60% by building production observability: crash reporting, performance monitoring, and custom metrics pipelines.
- Migrated a large production codebase to an actor-based structured-concurrency model (Swift 5 to 6), eliminating shared-state data races.
